By accessing or using the Enovanto platform and services ("Services") provided by Enovanto Management Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Enovanto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Enovanto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Enovanto Management Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enovanto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
